At Destiny Derma Spa, our clientele seeks tangible outcomes, and we deliver progressive results. Contrary to common misconceptions, facial and skin treatments are not instant fixes; they are primarily preventive measures rather than curative solutions. Achieving optimal results requires a series of treatments.

At our non-invasive spa, we prioritize clinical efficacy and proven approaches to achieve results. Our focus extends beyond surface-level enhancements to foster holistic skin health, addressing underlying tissue concerns. Our comprehensive range of services targets various skin conditions such as acne and acne scarring, rosacea, dryness, hyperpigmentation, excess oil production, UV/sun damage, premature aging, hair loss, and more!

Cancellations

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

We do require a credit card on file upon booking any service. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or missed appointments without prior notification will result in you being charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

We cannot offer refunds on services, packages or products, but will be happy to offer spa credit. Special vouchers are limited to one use per calendar year and two maximum per household.

pACKAGE EXPIRATIONS

Effective Date: 12/01/2023

All spa packages purchased at Destiny Derma Spa expire 12 months from the date of purchase to ensure timely use of services to maximize skincare package service results. Unused services after expiration date are forfeited without refund or extension, except in cases of documented medical reasons. Please note that packages can only be applied toward services and their values cannot be transferred to retail products.

Sugaring

Our aestheticians require 10 - 14 day hair growth for sugaring services.
